Selling your old phone in Abu Dhabi

Abu Dhabi is a long city. The island, Reem and Yas, and the suburbs out past the bridges are three different trips for a rider, so pickup is organised by zone, and each zone has its own page listing the areas in it.
Where we collect in Abu Dhabi
We collect from 40 areas of Abu Dhabi today:
If your area is not on one of those pages, open the location picker and choose "Request a pickup". Coverage is added zone by zone, and that request is how we know where to go next.
Getting a price
Pick your phone on the sell page, choose the storage variant, and answer the condition questions — the screen, the body, whether everything works, the battery. You do not need an account to see the price. The number at the end is the one you are paid; here is what goes into it.
Booking the pickup
Choose a day and a two-hour slot. Signing in to book takes your mobile number and a one-time code, nothing else — there is no password. You can cancel at any time, for nothing, including at the door.
At the door
The rider checks the phone against your answers. If something differs — a crack you did not mention, a fault that shows up — you are shown exactly what changes before anything is agreed, and you can say no. If it matches, the phone is factory reset in front of you and you are paid before the rider leaves: in cash, or by bank transfer to your IBAN with the payment reference on screen while they are still there.
Before the rider arrives
Back up the phone, sign out of iCloud or your Google account, and move the apps that are tied to this one device — UAE Pass and your bank's app above all. This checklist covers the UAE-specific ones.

- Not through the site yet. Use "Request a pickup" in the location picker and we will tell you when your area opens.

- No. A rider comes to your door in a two-hour slot you choose, checks the device, resets it in front of you and pays you there.
