"Do you come to my area?" is the first thing most people want to know, and the answer is a specific area rather than just "Dubai" — which is why the site asks you to choose one.
Why areas, not the whole city
Dubai is not one place to a collection crew. A rider who covers a two-hour slot in Deira is not covering Jebel Ali in the same afternoon. Coverage is therefore set area by area, and it grows outward from where the crews already work.
That is also why the site asks for your area before it shows slots: the price and the slot both belong to the crew that would actually come.

- Open the zone pages. Every part of Dubai we collect in has its own page, and each one lists the areas we cover there — 215 in total today.
If your area is not there
Then we do not reach you yet, and the site will not take a booking it cannot keep. That is deliberate: a slot booked into an area with no crew is a rider who never arrives.
Two things worth doing. Check again in a while, because the list grows. And tell us — the areas people ask for are the areas that get looked at first.

- My zone is listed but my area is not. What does that mean?
- That we do not reach that part of the city yet. Coverage grows outward from where the crews already work, so it is worth checking again rather than assuming it is permanent.
- Does the pickup cost anything outside the centre of a city?
- No. Pickup is free everywhere we collect, and where we do not collect we do not take a booking.
