Questions about selling your device
Is this a trade-in or a buyback?
A buyback. TurnCash pays you cash directly for your device — there's no requirement to trade it in against something new, the way a retailer's exchange offer usually works. Some people call this trading in a phone, others call it a buyback or an exchange; on TurnCash it's the same thing either way: you hand over the device, we pay you, nothing else required.
What happens if the device condition at pickup doesn't match my answers?
The price you accept online is the price you are paid. If our agent finds something your answers did not mention, they show you exactly what it changes before anything is agreed.
What should I do before handing over my device?
Back it up, sign out of your Google, Apple or Samsung account, and take out the SIM and memory card. Our agent does the factory reset in front of you — each category page has the exact steps.
Does the pickup cost anything?

How is my price calculated?
