What we collect, and why.

1. What this covers

This policy explains how TurnCash collects, uses and protects your personal data when you get a quote, book a pickup, log in, or apply to ride or partner with us.

The controller of that data is TurnCash (UAE) — legal name to be confirmed. We handle it in line with the UAE's Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021).

2. Information we collect

Your name, phone number, email and address; the condition details you give us for a quote; a payment reference once a pickup is settled; and, if you apply as a rider or partner, your vehicle or shop details.

3. How we use it

To generate a quote, arrange your pickup, settle payment, check a device isn't reported lost or stolen, and contact you about your sale or your rider or partner application.

4. OTP login, no password

Your phone number is the login credential. We don't store a password, because there isn't one — every session is confirmed by a one-time code sent to that number.

5. Who we share it with

The rider assigned to your pickup sees your name, address and phone number, because they need it to reach you. We don't sell your data to third parties for marketing.

6. How long we keep it

For as long as needed to complete your sale and meet our accounting and legal obligations, after which it's deleted or anonymised.

7. Your rights

Subject to the UAE Personal Data Protection Law, you can ask to access your data, have it corrected, ask us to delete it or restrict how it's used, or object to its use. Write to admin@turncash.ae and we respond to every request within a reasonable time.

8. Cookies and local storage

The site uses your browser's local storage to keep you logged in and remember basic preferences — not third-party advertising trackers.

9. Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we can't guarantee it absolutely.

10. Children's privacy

TurnCash isn't directed at anyone under 18, and we don't knowingly collect data from minors.

11. Changes to this policy

Updates are posted on this page with a new date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the update.

12. Privacy questions and complaints

For any privacy question or complaint, write to admin@turncash.ae. We aim to acknowledge every complaint within a reasonable time.
