A buyback. TurnCash pays you cash directly for your device — there's no requirement to trade it in against something new, the way a retailer's exchange offer usually works. Some people call this trading in a phone, others call it a buyback or an exchange; on TurnCash it's the same thing either way: you hand over the device, we pay you, nothing else required.

Answer a few condition questions online and you get a number in under a minute. That number is what you're paid — if our agent finds something your answers didn't mention at pickup, they show you exactly what changes before anything is agreed, not after.

Yes, everywhere we operate. It costs nothing even if you change your mind at the door and decide not to sell.

Pick a two-hour slot on any day that suits you. Our rider comes to your door — no need to visit a shop or box anything up yourself.

Before the rider leaves. Your device is reset in front of you and you're paid there and then — in cash, or by bank transfer to your IBAN with the payment reference on screen while they're still standing there.

It's factory reset as part of the handover, in front of you, before the pickup is complete — not later, not at a warehouse.

Yes. There's no charge either way, including if you decide at the door that you'd rather keep the device.

Bring a car or motorbike and a valid UAE driving licence, apply on our rider page, and you choose your own hours from there. Payouts settle weekly.
