1. Accepting these terms
Using turncash.ae, requesting a quote, or booking a pickup means you accept these terms. If you don't agree with any part of them, please don't use the service.
2. What TurnCash does
TurnCash buys used phones, tablets, laptops, smartwatches, cameras and gaming consoles from individuals in Dubai, Sharjah, Ajman and Abu Dhabi: a price online in under a minute, free doorstep pickup, and payment settled before our agent leaves.
3. Getting a quote
The price you're shown is based on the condition details you provide. That number is what you're paid — if our agent finds something at pickup that your answers didn't cover, they show you exactly what it changes before anything is agreed, and you're free to decline.
4. Eligibility to sell a device
You must own the device outright, or otherwise have the legal right to sell it. It must not be reported lost or stolen, blacklisted, or locked to an outstanding instalment plan or contract. We can refuse or cancel a pickup at any point if any of this can't be confirmed.
5. Pickup and cancellation
You choose a two-hour pickup slot on any day we operate in your area. Pickup is free, and so is cancelling — before the slot or at the door — with no charge either way.
6. Data on your device
Resetting your device to factory settings is your responsibility, and it's also carried out as part of the handover, in front of you, before pickup is complete. Once a device has left with our agent, TurnCash is not responsible for any data that was not cleared beforehand.
7. Payment
Payment is settled at the time of pickup — in cash, or by bank transfer, with a reference number issued immediately. TurnCash is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect bank or IBAN details supplied by you.
8. Riders and partners
Applying to ride for TurnCash or to partner your shop with us is covered by these same terms, plus whatever is agreed directly at the time your application is accepted. Accepting an application is at TurnCash's discretion.
9. Accounts and login
There's no password — every login is your phone number plus a one-time code sent to it. You're responsible for keeping that number secure; TurnCash isn't liable for access gained through a lost or compromised phone number.
10. Intellectual property
The TurnCash name, logo, and the content of this site belong to TurnCash. Nothing in these terms gives you a licence to copy or reuse them.
11. Limitation of liability
TurnCash's liability for any claim arising from a sale is limited to the amount actually paid for the device in question.
12. Changes to these terms
These terms may be updated from time to time. The version live on this page, dated at the top, is always the current one.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Dubai, and any dispute is subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai.
